WAIVER
All riders and passengers are required to complete a liability waiver before riding within the park. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with riding and releases Mercer County Motorsports from liability related to injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while on the property.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent of legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.
Signing Waiver at the Park
If a waiver is not completed online, it must be completed upon arrival to the park. This form can be found at the check in building.
Please ensure that all riders and passengers in your group have completed a waiver as if a member is found without a waiver it is considered trespassing.
